If you want to be able to periodically update prices for items on gift registries, Registry Valet has a system to help you.
You will need 2 things:
- FTP software
- A text file (.csv) containing your item SKUs and current prices
You will also need to contact Agenne Support to setup your FTP account. Then, all you will need to do is upload your pricing file as frequently as you wish. Each night, the Registry Valet system will import your item's prices and update the pricing on all of your gift registries. That's really all there is to it.
Below is an example pricing file that you may use as a guide to setting up your own file. The file must be named using your Registry Valet CID (your merchant ID located in the lower righthand corner of the desktop within the administrator). The filename should look like this:
0000_prices.csv (where 0000 is replaced with your 3 or 4 digit merchant ID). Right-click the link at the left and choose "Save target as..." to download the file to your computer so you can view it.
