Registry Valet Sample New Registry Form

Presented here is a sample New Registry form. This form is extremely customizable both in look & feel as well as function. Most of the optional sections of this form are turned on by default. To turn features off, change background colors or upload your own background wallpaper, log into the administrator and use the Registry Settings section.

In addition, by using Cascading Style Sheets, you may affect the look of virtually every element on this page including form fields, form labels, instruction text, even the submit button. For more information about Registry Valet's Cascading Style Sheet support as well as a sample style sheet, see the CSS section of Registry Settings in the administrator.

NOTE: In order to use Cascading Style Sheets to fully customize the look and feel of Registry Valet, you must use a custom HTML header page.
